I needed an engine light looked at. I ended up delaying the work but the staff were very nice and the mechanic courtious and took the time to explain the details of the problem and gave alternatives on how to fix it.

Back today for my second experience. It was even better than my first. Deficiencies with my alignment and front brakes were identified, fully explained to me, and promptly repaired. This place is simply the BEST. I'm now a regular. These guys are the absolute best (Nov 2023).

Another excellent service experience at Roy's. I love the e-mailed or SMS'd reports with clear photos showing why any discovered issues need to be addressed. Everything is always so well explained and service schedule is sensibly deferred to later in the season when possible. Great friendly customer service as always. Eric and Ian are very helpful and knowledgeable and great to deal with!

Needed my Old RV serviced after a long trip. It was taken care of promptly. I was given a printout of the work, as well as a Carfax printout. Ian listened to My concerns prior to dropping our RV off. Once completed he explained the work done, and provided advice on what I need to be aware of in the future. The final invoice was a pleasant surprise, and was very reasonable. Good work, good experience.

After an unexpected flat midway through a long road trip flattened the rim of a tire this past summer, we pulled into Roy's right before closing time and were extremely impressed with their efficiency and willingness to stay late and replace the tire for us. Been happy with the service here each time I've come. The latest repair in my older Mazda was a bit of a stickler and required some deeper troubleshooting as time went on. But the team figured everything out and we agreed on great terms of service and rates, felt fair as we worked out the details. Will continue to come back.
